About GreatArt
For more than 50 years, the Gerstaecker family has been providing art supplies under GreatArt. Therapy centres using art in all its forms to enhance the quality of life for people with impairments attracted the company’s first clients. Artists from many walks of life now benefit from the Gerstaecker professional skill to locate and provide the best art supplies available. The small village of Eitorf, Germany, east of Bonn, hosts the Gerstaecker head office. The company’s ultra-modern 215,000-square-foot distribution hub, with a state-of-the-art warehouse where approximately 60,000 unique products are kept ready for use by artists all around Europe, is also situated here.
With subsidies in nine countries, the Gerstaecker company delivers 55,000 shipments monthly and services 500,000 consumers across Europe. Gerstaecker, still very much a family business, takes great satisfaction in the experience and expertise of its managers and employees, whose specialised knowledge of the art supplies sector guarantees the effective running of Europe’s most complete and competitive one-stop shop for quality art materials. Trading as GreatArt, Gerstaecker UK Limited started in Alton, Hampshire, in the middle of Jane Austen Country in 2002.
GreatArt launched their first UK shop in the middle of Shoreditch, London, following more than 15 years of internet commerce. The 8500-square-foot business arrived with a fresh artist’s hot spot for East London, eager to be included in the vibrant art scene of the city. With more than 60,000 items accessible online, GreatArt is the most widely used art supply available in the UK. GreatArt’s goal is to give their clients a courteous and dependable service as well as to assist in the promotion of “Art for All” by means of the best choice of reasonably priced products.

I LOVE ART | Siena Frames — styrene plastic glass
Although they guarantee durability and adaptability, I Love Art Siena Frames give a modern touch. Built from sustainably produced European wood, these frames replace conventional glass with very premium thermoplastic styrene glass, which is both light-transmitting and almost unbreakable. Perfect for displaying graphic work, sketches, watercolours, and photos, their depth of 30 mm and breadth of just 15 mm make them especially well-suited for showing series of prints in stairways and hallways. The clip system allows simple picture changes, and the depth of the frame fits thicker artwork. Hanging in either portrait or landscape mode, these matte black or white frames are ten by fifteen cm, thirteen by eighteen cm, and eighteen by twenty-four cm, among the sizes with a stand. For optimal presentation, keep in mind to peel the two layers of protective film off the synthetic glass before usage.
